The Engineering Department is responsible for providing twenty-four hour service that ensures the facility is kept in excellent repair through a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, and kept safe at all times according to applicable regulations. Services provided include electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, masonry, painting, overseeing of work being performed by outside contractors, as well as renovation and construction work being conducted by in-house staff. All department managers are equipped with long range beepers and can be contacted in cases of emergencies on a 24-hour basis
